Facing Discomfort: Why Prioritizing Mental Health Is Uncomfortable Yet Worth It
Work with a carefully selected clinician
When you begin your mental health journey, you want to know you’ll have the right support throughout. While all of our clinicians are highly qualified, each has their own specialty, training, and expertise. We carefully evaluate your needs and goals and match you with the clinician best suited for you.
Get a wraparound approach to your treatment
We work with both you and your family support network to ensure you’re getting the treatment, systems, and tools you need to create the life you want. Using a wraparound approach that includes both patient and family ensures everyone is working together and feels supported through what can be a challenging time.
Relax, knowing help is always available
If you have questions or concerns - about anything - at any point - we’re here to help. You may be wondering about the progress of your or your child’s treatment. Maybe you need to reschedule appointments or change payment arrangements. Whatever the issue is, our goal is to make the process as easy and seamless as possible.
Know you have the support and flexibility you need
Even in the midst of doing this work, day-to-day life still goes on and things don’t always go as planned. There may be times you need to reschedule and your clinician can work with you to do that. Maybe you can’t make it to the office and don’t want to skip your appointment, so a virtual session would work better for you. Or maybe you just want to take advantage of a beautiful day, so Walk and Talk therapy or sitting outside in a nearby garden is more appealing than the traditional office setting. All of these options are available to you, along with the continued support of your therapist.
