Even in the midst of doing this work, day-to-day life still goes on and things don’t always go as planned. There may be times you need to reschedule and your clinician can work with you to do that. Maybe you can’t make it to the office and don’t want to skip your appointment, so a virtual session would work better for you. Or maybe you just want to take advantage of a beautiful day, so Walk and Talk therapy or sitting outside in a nearby garden is more appealing than the traditional office setting.
