About the Event
The pandemic has bought upon a great deal of stress and anxiety for our teens. In an effort to be there to provide support during these trying times, Gooding Wellness would like to introduce our newest skills group. The group will be broken down into 4 sections and is for any teen who has experienced anxiety, overwhelming or intense emotions. The group utilizes skills from a DBT model to introduce teens to becoming more mindful of their emotions, how to express their emotions and how to survive intense emotions.
