The Gooding Wellness group offers flexibility to make accessing therapy easier. Our team offers both in-person and tele-therapy that can be interchanged at a moments notice to accommodate your needs and schedule.
When you commit to better mental and behavioral health, we want to make it as easy and comfortable as possible for you.
Through our secure virtual platform, you’ll be able to work with our clinicians, even if you’re outside of the Cold Spring Harbor area. Wherever you are - whether it’s New York City, north of the City, or eastern Long Island - we’ll help bridge the distance.
We also know that life happens. You had to work late. Your classes got rescheduled. Severe weather made it unsafe to drive. There was a global pandemic (Crazy, I know.)
We provide teletherapy sessions to accommodate all of these circumstances, even at a moments notice.
