Sean has worked with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds who have all come to a shared realization: that their way of living is no longer working for them. Whether they are struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression or grieving the loss of a loved one (even a pet), they all aspire to something new; something more. Together with Sean, they identify the nature of their particular dissatisfaction, while discovering how they got there, and developing a more desirable and sustainable reality.  Sean is a nonjudgmental and accepting companion to his clients.  He is extremely dedicated to supporting each client on their unique journey of self-discovery and change.

People who seek help often feel stuck, anxious, depressed, grief-stricken, or otherwise dissatisfied with life. They are often suffering from the disease of addiction and its co-occurring disorders of anxiety and/or depression. Additionally, there are people around them who may need to learn about their loved one’s addiction/disorder, how their life has been affected, and the appropriate coping skills. Sean helps them bring clarity to the particular dilemma they are facing and from there they are able to work together to identify and resolve core issues.

The therapeutic relationship is a deeply personal one. Sean looks forward to hearing how he might be of help to you.
