Gaining a more complete understanding of yourself is key to finding the most effective coping strategies for you. In order to reduce your emotional distress and enhance your life, you need the space and safety to explore all the qualities and events that make you who you are. My goal is to provide an empathetic, non judgemental, and supportive environment for you to accomplish that.

I have over 20 years of experience in working with adolescents, young adults, and families in treating anxiety, depression, self-regulation, divorce, and interpersonal relationships.

Helping you make lasting changes through evidence-based treatment methods that are personalized to your needs, goals, and values is my main objective. I believe in understanding the whole person, looking to strengths, and understanding the impact of outside influences and connections. By identifying and changing negative thought patterns, improving emotional regulation, and employing healthy coping responses, you can improve your daily interactions and relationships. I believe the best way to do this is by using an eclectic style of practice which includes strategies and methods in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and family systems theory.

Safety and connection is the most important facet of building the life you want. Together we’ll create a plan to increase your personal happiness by working collaboratively in a supportive environment.
